Associate Manager, Paid Social Media

Job OverviewKDP is looking for a paid social media professional with the ability to plan, buy, and optimize data driven social campaigns.
This position will work within the platforms to help set strategy and execute robust digital campaigns across our portfolio of brands.
As a member of KDP's newly founded in-house social media buying team, this role will have the opportunity to take ownership of platform execution from the ground up.
The candidate should be a go-getter who is passionate about social media and the constantly evolving digital landscape.
This position will work closely with internal media, brand, content, and insights teams, as well as external media execution (DMP and Social Platform) partners.
As an Associate Manager of Paid Social, you will work to oversee the daily paid social needs of a portfolio of brands, including ad trafficking, budget pacing, optimization and reporting.
KEY
Responsibilities:
Campaign Implementation and ManagementManage hands on keyboards execution of addressable advertising campaigns in Facebook/Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok and other social platformsTraffic all campaigns in ad server and ensure proper creative setup/tagging; help establish creative direction, particularly around dynamic creative execution and audience-specific messagingDevelop and maintain a strong understanding and POV on broader digital media trends in order to drive innovation and broader social media vision; strive for continuous education in order to act as subject matter expert internally and externallyServe as a member of a cross-functional media team to understand brand goals and translate them into a paid social media strategy across all platforms and devicesMeasurement and AnalysisWork within social platforms to produce reports and deliver insights that support media mix and data science teams; interpret campaign analytics to produce actionable optimizations and strategic insightsDrive ROI and brand KPIs to contribute to the development of KDP's best-in-industry media strategy by executing on strategic initiatives in-platform and proposing improvements/iterations for existing and net new campaigns.
Partner ManagementManage day to day communications with key platform partners and act as internal execution subject matter expert in order to deepen the organization's social media knowledge and develop impactful media methodologies.
Collaborate with internal brand and media teams to track progress against goals and take ownership of optimizations and insights that drive success for the business.
RequirementsSKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS3 years of digital advertising experience, with 2 or more years working hands on with social platformsEffective at project management and ability to re-prioritize while operating within a fast paced environment, while maintaining attention to detailAssist national media team in identifying optimization opportunities and making paid social media recommendations.
Successful track record working cross-functionally with internal and external partners including DMP and DSP partnersSkilled in CDP, DMP and Social Platform usage (Salesforce experience is appreciated, but not required)Proficiency in social media ad manager platforms including Facebook, Pinterest, Snapchat, and TikTok Experience with media and site tagging; knowledge of Tealium or Google Tag Manager preferredStrong understanding of current industry trends and broader macro-level issues within the media landscapeAbility to present to upper management clearly and conciselyStrong desire to grow in a data-first digital space and ability to adapt quickly to changesCompany OverviewKeurig is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
