Job Duties: Design, develop, leverage, and maintain Java-based tools and applications. Participate in the entire life cycle of website, tool, and back-end development ranging from requirements and prioritization through development, testing, and support. Interpret written and verbal requirements and specifications. Identify sub-optimal code and be able to refactor accordingly. Investigate, analyze, document, and correct production defects. Estimate resource/time allocations for current and projected development needs. Create, document, and implement unit test plans, scripts, and test harnesses. Adhere to release/project schedule and milestones. Research, enhance and evolve new and existing tools.
Minimum Requirements: Masters degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering or closely related quantitative discipline and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or three (3) years of experience as a programmer analyst or software engineer or Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering or closely related quantitative discipline and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or five (5) years of progressively responsible experience as a programmer analyst or software engineer.
Special Skill Requirements: Experience must include the following: RESTful; SOA based services; Linux; SQL, with database modeling and usage; Java/J2EE; Spring; Hibernate; HTML; XML; JavaScript; Waterfall; Agile; Continuous Integration; Maven, GitHub; Scrum. Any suitable combination of education, training and experience is acceptable.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
