Job Duties: Serve as a core member of the Technical Services team for new and existing engagements. Lead Discovery sessions with a broad spectrum of marketing and technical business clients. Capture, interpret and document functional requirements. Work with Technical team to develop a solution design capable of fulfilling the customers current and future marketing and analytic needs. Solve the clients business problems through the application of technology, process analysis and improvement, and systems analysis and design. Define technical project requirements by identifying project milestones and elements. Assess effort and pricing requirements for technical project deliverables. Ensure accuracy and completeness of project deliverables. Represent expertise to clients in the strategies, tactics and day to day needs of database marketing, the tools our clients utilizes and the data that drives them.
Minimum Requirements: Masters degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering or closely related quantitative discipline and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or four (4) years of progressively responsible experience as a systems analyst or systems engineer or Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering or closely related quantitative discipline and six (6) years of experience in the job offered or six (6) years of progressively responsible experience as a systems analyst or systems engineer.
Special Skill Requirements: Experience must include the following: testing code using Java; PL/SQL; business intelligence tools such as: Unica, Alterian, Epiphany, Aprimo, Cognos, Microstrategy, Brio, SAS or Business Objects; project development lifecycles and QA/QC testing methodologies; relational databases; monitor and optimize performance of SQL Server queries; writing functional and technical documents. Any suitable combination of education, training and experience is acceptable.
