Manager Business Systems Analysis
We are currently engaged with a client who is seeking a Manager Business Systems Analysis on a Full time direct employee basis. In this role, the Manager Business Systems Analysis will:
Manage, plan and ensure the execution of the requirement gathering process, functional and technical specifications according to the business needs.
Determine, analyze, validate and lead the definition of critical business processes in support of developing Integration components integrating applications.
Manage integration project teams for requirements gathering and documentation.
Define projects from initial inception through final completion incorporating and documenting project scope and objectives.
Supervising and Managing the Integration Business Systems Analysis team.
The appropriate individual will have demonstrated experience in the following:
Healthcare and/or financial industry or Information Systems experience, including experience with healthcare/financial systems and implementing new applications.
Leading Business Systems Analysis teams around requirements gathering and documentation in large enterprise environment
Data conversion and integration processes and practice
Integration tools and products providing administration, design and support
Application development and software development life cycle methodologies
Supervisory position in a large multi-divisional corporation
