Oracle America, Inc. has openings for Applications Developers in Burlington, MA. Analyze, design develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for commercial or end user applications. Writes code, completes programming and performs testing and debugging of applications. As a member of software engineering division, will perform detailed design based on provided high level design specifications. Assist in system planning, scheduling and implementation. Build enhancements (including new product features) and resolve bugs. Build and execute unit test and unit test plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Interact with QA and porting engineering about problems in the code. Duties and tasks are standard with some variation; displays understanding of roles, processes and procedures. Performs moderately complex problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and processes. Utilizes graduate-level research and analysis skills.
Employer will accept Masters degree in Computer Science, Applied Operations Research, Operations Research and Information Engineering, or related technical field. Education or experience must include:
1. Solid knowledge and implementation of Data mining algorithms including either Regression, or ROC analysis;
2. Deep knowledge in Statistics and statistical programming language including either R or SAS;
3. Strong Programming in object oriented language including C++;
4. Knowledge in Relational Database Systems (RDBMS);
5. Design and analyze data models using ER model and write SQL queries; and
6. Design and develop web-based applications using HTML/Javascript.
Experience may be gained concurrently.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
