Great Executive Assistant position located at a terrific firm in Burlington. Fast-paced, team-oriented, hardworking group of individuals! Seeking candidates with experience supporting C-level executives, excellent communication and organizational skills, strong ability to multi-task and work within a fast-paced environment, and exhibit outstanding attention to detail!

Responsibilities:
o Calendar management - proactively manage complex internal and external meeting scheduling
o Coordinate logistics such as conference rooms, video or teleconference details, AV, lunch, etc.
o Phone coverage for C-level executives
o Travel arrangements - full logistics end-to-end including air, hotel, and car. Ensure travel complies with Company policy
o Process expense reports with attention to accuracy, timeliness and compliance with Corporate policy
requirements. Ensure separation of business expenses and relocation expenses when applicable.
o Process and track invoices as needed
o Routing, tracking, and responding to correspondence and calls
o Anticipate the needs of your executive in a fluid environment, adapting to changing circumstances
o Engage successfully with high-level executives throughout the company, maintaining professionalism
and confidentiality with sensitive information
o Field general "how to" questions from various members of the organization
o Respond to various miscellaneous requests that arise on a regular basis (faxing, copying, scanning,
distributing mail, booking conference rooms, etc.)
o Cover reception during lunch and breaks on assigned day
o Miscellaneous projects such as filing, printing, editing, presentations, as needed

Requirements:
o Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
o Strong interpersonal and communication skills
o Experience working with C-level executives
o Strong organizational and time management skills
o The ability to multi-task, prioritize and work in a fast paced environment while maintaining acute
attention to detail
o Able to work independently with little supervision or direction from managers


Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
