Travel arrangements
Schedule coordination
Communication via email and telephone
Some personal errands may be included
Other administrative duties as they arise.

Working hours: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm with flexibility in schedule.
Skills and
Qualifications:
Ability to multitask, manage responsibilities, and prioritize.
Ability to work well in a team setting, team player.
Dedicated to position with flexible schedule
Firm, but not controlling personality, ability to make daily routine of Executives less stressful
