The Sales Operations Analyst is a newly created
position
and will be part of a growing department in a fast paced, dynamic environment. You should be a self-starter, able to multi task and pay great attention to detail. The goal of this position is to assist the sales team with information they need to expand our client base and expand our market profile.
The Sales Operations Analyst helps to administer and drive processes for financial forecasting, compensation and goal reporting, compensation payouts, and strategic planning activities.
Candidates should be comfortable working with large amounts of data and the ability to organize, gather and analyze sales data.
Engineer Strategic deal structures & negotiations (i.e.Multi-year, Co-term, Price and Products etc)
Produce Go-to-Market KPI's and monthly digest of sales analytics for Sales and
executive
leadership.
Improve inefficiency and streamline best business practices through Salesforce.com.
Manage pre-sale Sales Order approval process and post-sale bookings and contract activations.
Maintain accurate pipeline metrics and data cleanliness.
Project management of APEX code implementations including logic development & sandbox testing. Support On-boarding new hire and existing Sales training programs.
Lead training & administration of all Sales Systems (SFDC, RainKing, DiscoverOrg, WebEx, etc). Maintenance of a highly adopted weighted price calculator used company wide











Skills/Requirements
Requirements:
Effective communication skills; the ability to communicate verbally and in written form with all levels of the organization.
0-3 years experience
Degree in finance, economics or accounting preferred
Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
Demonstrated strong project planning methodology.
Demonstrated strong communication skills.
Experience with CRM tools (required) and SF.com (preferred)Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
