Perform problem resolution.

System-oriented (requiring interaction with AWS Support).
Provide technical guidance.
Right-sizing recommendations.
Identifying technologies applying to application environments.
Review and optimize existing Run Book.
Implementing best practices for access controls.
Ability to document technical as well as management process flows.
Ability to work effectively with business areas, IT Support teams and peers.
