- High School diploma or equivalent education (BS degree in related field preferred) - 1-3 yrs.
of related inspection experience and training
Responsibilities:
- Interprets engineering drawings, schematic diagrams, or technical documents to complete incoming, in-process and final inspections - Performs inspection using a variety of inspection equipment such as; OGP, micrometers, calipers, scales, or optical comparator for specific cleanrooms/ locations - Sets up and perform destructive and nondestructive testing on raw materials, components, and finished product to determine if they meet client criteria.
Record test inspection data as well as interpret the data for a pass/fail status -Reads and understands engineering drawings, technical documents, and work instructions Recommended Skills Scales Technical Drawings Optical Comparator Raw Materials Non Destructive Testing (Ndt) Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
