Service Coordinator-Mercedes Benz Burlington
Mercedes Benz Burlington, part of the Lyon Waugh Auto Group, is looking to hire a highly motivated Full-Time Service Coordinator.
The ideal candidate is goal orientated, has attention to detail and is passionate about delivering the best possible service to our customers.

Monday- Saturday with one day off during the week.
(This is a full time position of 40 hours per week)Compensation:
$25/hour base rate plus monthly bonus structure for appointments What you will do:
Welcoming clients in person at the desk or on the phone with a warm friendly professional greeting.
Appointment scheduling Scheduling valet pick up appointments and working with valet drivers Scheduling deliveries Assisting clients with common questions and directing them to appropriate personnel Contacting clients with open recalls, campaigns, special order parts and available prepaid maintenance Other duties assigned by management team What you need to be successful in this role:
Must possess a strong work ethic; dependable A team player willing to help out at month-end close Extraordinary communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast paced, high volume environment Be self-motivated and results driven Positive attitude Professional phone etiquette Intermediate computer skills (Excel) Must be available to work Saturdays What we have to offer you:
