This is a great opportunity to work as a Community Resource Specialist in the Social Work Department.
You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team within Inpatient Medical / Surgical Units and within several ambulatory clinics.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Assessing patient to determine their needs and eligibility for servicesIdentifying new and existing resourcesProviding information and referrals to hospital and community based programsDeveloping and documenting a service plan for patients/familiesMaintenance of on-line and written resource materialsConsultation to care team about resources and service plans for patientsAssist the team in developing safe discharge plansLicensure:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
