Eliot has a unique opportunity for a Manager to provide services for individuals with brain injuries.
Eliot's program provides a person centered innovative supports and services to adults with brain injuries.
Our programs are designed to meet the individual needs of each person we serve that enriches and enhances their lives.
Eliot offers an array of restorative skill building activities and supports for adults with Acquired Brain Injuries.
Our Adult Residential Programs provide a full spectrum of services to rebuild communication proficiency, social & behavioral skills, self help abilities, and management of daily life activities.
Eliot is seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee services at a group home supporting adults with Acquired Brain Injuries.
Successful candidates will have 2 years related experience and have skills to establish supportive relationships with individuals with brain injuries and commitment to meeting the individual needs and preferences of each person served.
Experience with DDS and/or the ABI systems are preferred.
Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the day to day operation and overall service delivery of program.
Coordinate and oversee all case management related services for individuals in the program to include assisting individuals with managing income, entitlements, accessing community resources and scheduling/coordination medicalappointments.
Create a culture that promotes client strengths, preferences and independence.
Ensure that theliving environment encourages every individual to achieve goals and maximize theirindependence.
Hire, train, schedule, evaluate, and supervise program staff.
Provide on-call administrative coverage to the program and division on a rotating basis.
Develop/implement staff schedules that ensure adequate staffing resources.
Develop daily program schedules in accordance with individual needs, preferences and interests.
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA) andCertified Brain Injury Specialists (CBIS) are encouraged to apply.
Schedule:
Monday- Friday 9am-5pm and on-call responsibilities.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
