is looking for a high-energy, well-organized individual to join our customer service/dispatch team.
Responsibilities include managing service technicians, answering/balancing incoming calls and emails from customers, and scheduling/dispatching technicians on service calls.
Candidates should be detail-oriented, have excellent communication and customer service skills, and the ability to multi-task.
Candidates must work well in a fast-paced, team environment and have the ability to respond quickly and competently to customers' needs.
Candidates should be comfortable working on a computer with business software.
Experience in dispatch is a plus.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
