This is a working supervisor position meaning you will be handling Service Manager responsibilities as well as turning apartments, completing work orders and rotating on call responsibilities with your Full Time Service Technician.
Strengths for this role would include excellent time management and organizational skills, amazing customer service, computer skills (Yardi Software experience is a plus), enjoys working side by side with your team ( maintenance technician), and is experienced in the following areas:

com Here is what we have to offer you as a Full Time Maintenance Supervisor Maintenance Supervisor Pay (Approximately $60,000-$70,000) plus 10% bonus Competitive pay of $28.
84-$33.
65 per hour based upon experience End of year bonus, paid in December of 10% (Prorated if full year not worked).
Bonus is based upon employee and property/company performance.
Maintenance Supervisor Benefits 5 days of sick time for full time employees 5 personal days per year for full time employees 10 days of paid vacation in 1st year growing to as much as 5 weeks of vacation over time 10
