Summary:
In this role, you will lead the strategy, creation, amplification, and measurement of our content and social marketing programs. You will work collaboratively with marketing and design team members to develop product and theme-based content, implement cross-channel campaigns, and help meet revenue and lead generation goals. You'll work within a mission-focused team, passionate about being the market leader in public safety and skilled trades education and servicing our customers to drive their success. And you'll be encouraged to share your expertise as a content marketer with your direct report and other colleagues to help improve the quality of our communications wherever possible. in-person).
Responsibilities:
Develop content and strategies that integrate SEO best practices and drive blog performance, social engagement, and ultimately, customers. Attract, nurture, and retain customers with informative content developed in collaboration with internal and external SMEs. Manage social media and content calendars, including a mix of short and long form content that builds product awareness and thought leadership for our brands. Oversee all aspects of social marketing, from posting and boosting to monitoring and reporting. Manage weekly and monthly analytics for blogs and social media. Manage direct report(s) to delegate projects and responsibilities to optimize your collective performance. Experience & Education:
8
years of social and content marketing experience, including a range of content formats and mediums. Experience managing social ads, budgets, and monitoring tools strongly preferred. Experience managing direct reports strongly preferred. Bachelor's degree required.
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Editorial & Content ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
