Your future duties and
Responsibilities:
o Explore and understand various data sources and create a data dictionary for the broader team to reference. o Define metrics reporting approach and process:
Build a holistic, data-driven approach to support the Trade Strategy and Operations. Define the data needs, definitions, ownership, governance, and infrastructure requirements to enable always-on data that provides meaningful metrics to the Trade organization. o Build and maintain measurement dashboards:
Develop the necessary reporting, data, and dashboards to both measure current state of the organization. Partner with Enterprise Analytics to build dashboards for baseline measurement and tracking of Trade efforts. o Lead the development of a single source of truth collection of data assets across each trade business unit, to enable key department monitoring and dashboard development. o Support regular budget / financial review:
Support annual/quarterly reviews with all external and internal partners. Facilitate, or conduct, the collection and validation of data and information to support strategic decisions. As needed, train other members within the PBM organization to review, collaborate and provide additional insights to data requests. o Insight development:
Gather data, analyze, and synthesize it into executive level reports, as required or desired by Trade Strategy and Operations leadership. o Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with non-analytic business partners, including executive leadership. Elicit business needs and formulate, propose, and refine analytic solutions, in order to drive efficiency, effective improvements, and business value. To be successful, you will utilize your ability to dissect complex analytics and draw meaningful insights for senior leadership, as well as your experience communicating complex issues and relaying information in an effective manner. Your excellent project management skills and experience coordinating across cross-functional teams with the ability to elevate critical issues is also key. Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
o Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience; graduate level education may substitute for experience o 2
years of experience in analytics, reporting, and dashboard development, leveraging tools such as SQL, Tableau, and MS Office. o Experience with data modeling, data architecture and governance concepts. Est. Salary Range (Colorado Only):
$67,000 $120,000
Salary Range:
$80K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Marketing Research & AnalysisEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
