Act as the prime contact on technical conversations whenselling to stakeholders ranging from C-Level Execs to front-line users.We're looking for someone who is technically savvy and commerciallyorientated. As well as sales, the Pre-Sales Engineer will also partner withour Product team on improving our product offering based on insights fromworking with customers.The position is located in Burlington, MA.Key Responsibilities Work with the sales team to present the Zappix solution during salesprocesses Interpret customer requirements into technical specifications and documents Develop and deliver product demonstrations and sales presentations thatexplain key technical aspects of solutions that will benefit customers andprospects Provide answers to client questions about our solutions, and othertechnical aspects of the product Successfully tailor demonstrations for customers' needs and use cases Research the industry on an on-going basis to know what changes may be onthe horizon that will impact current and future sales Provide clear and accurate responses for RFPs and/or contribute technicalsolutions directly to proposals Qualifications & Skills 2
years of experience as a Pre-Sales Engineer / Solution Consultant Prior experience in selling Contact Center solutions - a major advantage Proven track record supporting the sales of enterprise solutions Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in aneasy-to-understand manner Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience insoftware development and web technologies Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven track record of successinteracting with colleagues in cross-functional teams Excellent presentation and creativity skills Strong capability to work effectively both independently and as a teamplayer in a fast-paced, cross-cultural, start-up environment Authorized to work in the US The position is located in Burlington, MA.
