In this role, you will work as a member of the Corporate Finance Operations group, providing external reporting and technical accounting services in support of diverse, international business. You will analyze and prepare footnote disclosure information and other financial information in support of SEC 10-Q and 10-K filings, and you will maintain the Webfilings application, including rolling forward data from prior periods, validating linked data, and ensuring that information is complete and accurate. You will prepare quarterly financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, and statement of shareholders equity), prepare supporting analysis for the statement of cash flows each quarter, and contribute to month-end close activities, including management reporting, purchase accounting for new business combinations, stock-based compensation, and other equity transactions.
Additionally, you will prepare quarterly expense analysis of stock-based compensation using Equity Edge, summarize information, and ensure accuracy and completeness of data. You will analyze award modifications, cancellations, and new awards to ensure compliance with ASC 718, as well as prepare account reconciliations and analyses of activity for goodwill, intangibles, and equity related accounts, and investigate and resolve reconciling items in a timely manner. Additional job duties include: monitor and manage certain key controls (e.g., intangible asset and goodwill impairment indicators, segment reporting, etc.); prepare audit documentation for financial statement support, and provide analysis and support to external auditors; perform regular and special analysis of proposed transactions and provide specific accounting implications of different structural options (annual goodwill assessment, quarterly intangible review, cash flow analysis for debt amendment, etc.); and understand and implement all corporate accounting policies and procedures, staying current with regulatory and statutory changes that affect the company's accounting and reporting processes.
Must have a Master's degree in Accounting or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or 2 years of public or private accounting and reporting experience in a corporate environment, including acquisition and divisional auditing and financial statement carve outs, and involving financial systems such as Oracle eBusiness/Financials or Intuit Quickbooks and working with US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements, Sarbanes Oxley compliance, and AICPA audit requirements.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
