Front End - (UI/UX) Web Developers
We are currently engaged with a client who is seeking a Front End Web Developer for a long term consulting FTE basis. In this role, the Front End Web Developers will:
Works with UI Lead, content developers, graphic designers, application developers and business process owners to develop and deliver rich, interactive web experiences.
Develop and implement UI (JavaScript/HTML/CSS) produced by the information architect and graphics designer.
Collaborate with application developers in the development of web based applications. Perform Graphic Design and HTML prototyping for front-end development or corporate websites (intranet and internet).
Create design/HTML prototypes including site navigation and layout of content
Manages the content repository and site management systems supporting intranet and internet websites. Maintains and monitors these systems to ensure smooth creation, migration, and release of content.
The appropriate individual will have demonstrated experience in the following:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences, Information Sciences, Computer based Design or related degrees.
User Interface Development (UI); or User Experience (UX); or Interaction Architecture (IA)
JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS and DHTML
A combination of application software programming languages like JavaScript, Java, PHP, and Oracle.
Content Management Systems - preferably Oracle, otherwise Stellant, Fatwire, Vignette, Interwoven, Collage, (A Plus)
Photoshop, Illustrator, or Flash expertise (optional)
